Visiting Author and Illustrator on PhotoPeach
Last week we were lucky enough to have two guest speakers – James Roy and Susy Boyer.
Susy presented her work to Prep – Year 2 students explaining her job illustrating picture books. We now have a copy of The Gobbling Tree– thank you!
James Roy presented to Year 4 and Yr 7 students. Additionally he presented a separate writing workshop for each Year 6 class. Check out his website and try out the magnetic poetry.
James’ latest book – Edsel Grizzler , The Voyage to Verdada is also now in our library. You can also view a trailer (UTube) for this novel. Check it out.
