Sitehoover is the top 2010 tool (Web 2.0) from Larry Ferlazzo’s The Best Lists on Technology in 2010.
It is great tool for sharing websites. A possible use for students would be compiling their recommended researched sites with annotations highlighting the reasons for the selection of each specific site (being critical evaluators).
This is a link to my library and ICT resources SITE HOOVER page (blog, wikis, twitter) that I created to evaluate just how simple it is to use.
The prezi below is a fantastic resource for teachers of art. It is one of the presentations at the upcoming Global Education Conference (see Bright Ideas blog post). If you are looking at connecting globally with your students or wanting to explore and expand your PLN this is the conference for you.
I have searched the term ‘web2.0’ and selected my image using Whylio.
Whylio is a clever tool that will not only search flickrcreative commons databases but will also create the attribution data for you to copy and paste into your blog.
Great!

Read Twitter as a daily newspaper. Paper.li organizes links shared on Twitter into an easy to read newspaper-style format. Newspapers can be created for any Twitter user, list or #tag.A great way to stay on top of all that is shared by the people you follow – even if you are not connected 24/7!”

The Legend of the Golden Snail is another beautifully whimsical book by Graeme Base. To me it has a feel of an earlier book written by him “The Sign of the Seahorse” but it still quite different and worth a read.

Read the The Legend of the Golden Snail reviewed on READPLUS by Pat Pledger.
I have been updating the JSSALCLibrary wiki page! It now contains pages for the PYP and the Teacher Librarian, The Learner Profile and Attitudes and Taking Action.
This will be a resource that will hopefully be of value to teachers and will be contantly added to. Please let me know if you have resources that you would like to add.
