This is my understanding of VR.

VR is a source where you use a phone and a headset. You have to connect the phone to the headset to make it work. You also have VR sticks that make you feel stuff. You can also use VR in gaming and YouTube but the YouTube ones can just spin around and you do not use the VR sticks.

VR can be used in ways to  read or play games. You use it for reading. Now when you read you normally have a book to read on but with VR reading you can flip the pages automatically and you can see the words in front of your eyes. Well you can use it also for to play games. Playing games on VR is awesome because that  you can use it for having fun.

VR has changed from then to now from originally you had the phone and you could call,text, and play games. But in 1968  a guy named Ivan Sutherland created the first ever set of VR. It didn’t really go as planed as he expected but you could see a bit of three dimensional parts. It has transformed from really bad phones to three dimensional best of the best view.

Advantages and Disadvantages of VR

1. Disadvantage. Addictive

VR can sort of be a little project but for some people that take playing stuff like iPads and phones they can take VR into a whole different level. If you play for a long time say about 5 hours everyday you could start getting addicted a lot and it could start getting very scary. People are normally addicted to phones,iPads,fortnite and a lot more devices and games.

2. Advantage. Expressing your feelings.

You can express your feelings on VR by making a game and then while you play that game you can feel how the creator feels of his emotions. Some VR games can be targeted at others. Say someone has cancer and there really going through a ruff patch. So you make and the person who plays it feels how there feeling in a ruff patch.

3.disadvantage. Lacking human connection.

When you’re really addicted you’re lose time with your family and they get really sad. You miss birthdays and Christmas because you are too addicted to having VR. Some parents are speaking up about VR because that they are to addicted and there getting sad.

Recomendations.

The movie Ready Player One is about VR and how it has changed in the future. Some things that were in the movie for recommendations in the future.1 human connection. In the movie you can talk to random people and there avatars. VR in the future will not let you say any swear words because It will be blocked out. Another recommendation is having a treadmill for walking in the game when you need to. The treadmill is used for walking in VR.

In the future, I hope that VR can be transformed into one of the biggest sites to play games in the world. I hope that VR can be remembered as the biggest gaming site in the world. I believe that people can adapt to VR and use it for living in the future.

Today we learned about podcasting with mrs Kelly. We got to listen to a great and fun podcast. Mrs Kelly talked to us about how to use podcasts well and what they are used for. The ways you can use podcasting or what you want to listen to is like sports,drama,documentary’s and lots of others sites. How to use a podcast is easy. All you have to do is go on to any podcasting app and then you get your headphones and you listen for about three hours. How to make a podcast is do not use any sound and you have to have a sponsor to make a podcast. You have to write a recording studio.

Today i am going to be sharing my knowledge about drones. Enjoy

The drones were the best. We got to watch drones that were above our heads. I will be telling you the reasons why drones are used in our community.

FILM MAKING. Drones are used for film making because that when they are doing really hard shots that are up in the sky they put a camera on the drone and say they want it Birdseye view they can film the scene.

Provacation

Today we went into groups and we did three rotations. The rotations were coding spheros and pen and paper ENJOY!!!.

The coding was awesome. It was so fun because you had to get the bird to the pig without crashing into the dynamite or bricks. It was a little bit tricky but at all costs it was very fun. The thing that made it hard was you only had three options to use which made it really difficult but it was really fun altogether. That was coding.

Next was spheros. Spheros were awesome. Firstly for spheros you had to connect your sphero to the internet. Then you would go on this website that would connect to the sphero and you could spin it around and change colours. There was also other ways you could do it. You could draw a shape and it would go in the exact same shape as the shape you drew. Spheros were really fun and I enjoyed them. That was spheros.

Finally it was pen and paper. Pen and paper was okay. All you really had to do was write about what we liked about camp and how we faced our fears. I wrote how I was a little bit nervous about going on the flying fox and built up my courage to go on it and i actually did it. It was so fun that i did the coffins drop.
